What Will You Do?
As the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic guide for our HR framework, championing employee engagement and retention.You will have the opportunity to redefine our onboarding processes and evolve our retention strategies. Your leadership will be key in ensuring that the employee experience is seamless and rewarding from the onset of their hire, through their professional development, in alignment with our company's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Leadership: Craft and implement HR strategies that support the business plan and strategic direction, focusing on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
- Onboarding Excellence: Develop an onboarding program that ensures new hires are seamlessly integrated into our culture and equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Retention Strategy: Create and maintain engagement and retention programs that reduce turnover rates, especially within the call center, by addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in the BPO sector.
- Comprehensive HR Management: Oversee our HR functions, including training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Employee Relations and Performance Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee relations and performance strategies that promote a culture of respect, recognition, and professional growth.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure an equitable workplace where all employees can thrive.
- Risk Management: Manage HR compliance with all legal and governmental reporting requirements, minimizing risk to the company.
- HR Metrics and Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analysis to inform retention strategies, workforce planning, and to measure the success of HR initiatives.
- Culture Champion: Act as a steward of GlowTouch’s culture, promoting and upholding our core values and mission throughout the organization.
Who You Are:
- A visionary HR leader with substantial experience in managing comprehensive Human Resources programs, specifically in a BPO or call center environment.
- Adept at creating and implementing successful onboarding engagement and retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Exceptional communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels and influence organizational change.
