Role Synopsis:
The Senior Director of Compliance will play a crucial role in guiding the company's comprehensive compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with critical regulatory and industry standards. This pivotal position underscores compliance as a core competitive advantage in the company's offerings. The selected individual will be responsible for the formulation and execution of Compliance frameworks, managing vendor-associated risks, and sustaining proactive engagement with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating the strategic development and maintenance of Compliance standards across pivotal areas, including PCI, HIPAA, CTIA, TCPA, FDCPA, TILA, and SOC2.
- Acting as the primary liaison for regulatory entities, assuring that the company's practices meet auditing standards and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Optimizing relationships with key service providers and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising compliance or service quality.
- Facilitating comprehensive compliance training for internal teams and external partners.
- Developing and managing a premier compliance program that solidifies the company's position in the market and fortifies customer trust.
- Engaging in strategic partnerships within the industry to enhance service offerings and standards.
Qualifications:
- Possessing more than 15 years of experience in senior compliance roles within the digital communication or related industries, with a profound understanding of regulatory standards such as CTIA, TCPA, SOC2, and a preference for knowledge in PCI and HIPAA.
- A track record of success in devising and implementing wide-reaching compliance strategies and programs.
- An extensive understanding of the regulatory environment, capable of converting complex regulations into actionable corporate policies.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships to ensure compliance.
- Exhibiting strong analytical prowess, strategic problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments, aligning compliance initiatives with business goals.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
