As a Sr. Director of Commercial Transformation at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the Commercial Transformation strategy together with functional leaders. These initiatives span across the organization and include topics such as: win/loss model adoption, deal desk optimization, and pipeline conversation improvements. You will play a critical role in identifying and implementing innovative approaches to enhance sales effectiveness, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in commercial operations, strategic planning, and project management will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business.
You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Operations Officer.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business by driving commercial excellence, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a customer-centric culture. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives and ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of the Commercial Transformation strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to optimize sales processes, improve customer experience, and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to track the progress and impact of Commercial Transformation initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate the vision, progress, and impact of Commercial Transformation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Commercial Transformation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Drive a culture of customer-centricity and excellence in sales and customer service across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales, or marketing roles.
- Proven track record of driving Commercial Transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of pricing elasticity
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in driving cultural change and fostering a customer-centric mindset.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
