In our continued mission to deliver the best value, experience and opportunity for our communities, stakeholders and partners using customer insights and experience, we are seeking a Senior Director of Food, Beverage & Entertainment who will manage, grow and improve the in-line and peripheral food, Beverage and Entertainment offerings throughout the Tanger portfolio. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Peripheral Land, Restaurants & Entertainment with geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tanger’s hub-and-spoke approach to a modern Teams-driven workplace.
About the Role:
As the Senior Director of Food, Beverage & Entertainment, you will oversee renewals for existing tenants and prospect for new and relevant concepts with high commercial value to bring to the Tanger portfolio.

How you will contribute to what we do:
New Business Development (50%)
- Prospect for new in-line and peripheral FB&E concepts to bring to the Tanger portfolio.
- Prioritize developing new relationships with relevant F&B concepts with a focus on high quality ingredients and healthy menu options.
- Build and maintain a strong broker network to ensure Tanger is first choice in the FB&E broker community.
- Assess franchisee expertise, operational experience, and financial strength to determine fit for potential opportunities.
Account Management (25%)
- Manage existing FB&E accounts throughout the assigned region of the Tanger portfolio. Renew tenants where appropriate.
- Grow existing relationships where strategically appropriate.
- Thoroughly vet tenants’ financial strength, conduct credit reviews through FP&A and structure the best deals for Tanger while minimizing overall risk.
Asset Management (25%)
- Work with asset managers on the appropriate FB&E mix for the market, demographics, and overall merchandising strategy for the asset. Create an asset level strategy focused on curation of the overall FB&E offerings at each center and execute to the plan.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the annual budget, quarterly EBITDA statement, leasing activity and related critical dates, tenant sales and trends, monthly traffic comps, market, trade area, and customer demographics for the entire portfolio.
About You:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience leasing to food, Beverage and Entertainment tenants.
- You excel at forming productive and mutually beneficial inter- and intra-departmental relationships as needed to achieve leasing and Company goals.
- You can execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- You can analyze financial terms, while advocating for Tanger’s position and asserting influence through a strong command of business points to negotiate the best possible outcome for the Company.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of merchandising, deal structures and lease terminology.
- You have excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- You are self-motivated, self-directed, and exercise independent judgment.
- You have proven ability to procure, maintain, and grow relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
- You have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.

Hiring Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tanger's total compensation package for employees.
Hiring Range:$136,000 – $170,500 per year
