Role:

ECU is looking for an Sr. Director of Client Services to join our Inc 5000 company that helps clients land their multiple six figure dream role. We are looking for a Sr. Director of Client Services that has a passion and proven track record for helping others and achieving goals. The Sr. Director of Client Services will have an action mindset and be data driven, play a key role in driving customer goals, assist with business transformation in the department, and will drive revenue expansion by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and growth opportunities for those in the department are met. This position will directly report to the Founders.

Responsibilities:
-Manage a team of 7+ other Career Advisors and continue to recruit and retain top talent in the coaching department as we continue to scale

-Experience building and leading high-performing teams and outperforming goals

-Develop and deliver engaging and inspiring training focused on developing our new and existing coaches to drive team effectiveness, development, and performance

-Make decisions based on business analytics

-Continually focus on process improvement and optimization across the coaching department

-Continuous improvement in training and delivery processes by soliciting feedback and learning from peers, leadership, and clients

-Keep records, document, and prepare appropriate reports

-Monitor and evaluate the progress of Clients

-Assist team members to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals

-Provide training in effective Executive search tactics and strategies

-Assess the strengths of individuals and teach them to use them effectively

-Help in the development of motivation, discipline, and mindset across clients and coaches

-Help manage customer escalations and come up with solutions to aid client experience

Preferred Requirements:

-Have 10+ years of experience and a deep understanding of either Human Resources, Sales, or Customer Service Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

-Proven track record of continued success throughout career

-Experience running a remote team This position is remote with some travel. Must be willing to travel to our headquarters approximately every 6-8 weeks for 2-3 days (we are flexible). During this time, we will collaborate and continue to develop our coaching department

-General knowledge of applications, business processes, and software

-Experience in interviewing coaching and salary negotiations

-Knowledgeable in job search fields and job market trends S

-Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and executive-level challenges in various industries. Willingness to attend industry events
