We are seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee key attractions and destination clients.Reporting to the VP, Head of Arts Institutions, the Client Services Account Director is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and maintain excellent service standards to ensure client needs and objectives are met.
• Work with the VP, Head of Arts Institutions and other agency leaders to deliver sound campaign strategy and media planning across select client accounts
• Oversee and implement media buying and strategy, integrating creative, production, content and other agency services where appropriate to ensure campaign, client, and agency success
• Lead the internal agency team through campaign planning and delivery on select account
• Oversee project management and client communications for select accounts
• Develop and manage direct report team as assigned
• Contribute to the agency’s commercial and business objectives
• Share responsibility to promote and raise profile of the agency with clients and business prospects
• Contribute to new business efforts (both organic and new growth) in all phases of the new business cycle, from outreach/relationship building to working on pitch responses and closing deals; consistently look for new opportunities for growth within existing clients

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 7-10 years in a Senior Advertising or Marketing role, ideally servicing the tourism, destinations, or entertainment industries.
• Knowledge and understanding of cross-platform advertising campaigns, especially digital media platforms
• A commitment to deliver strategic, innovative, and effective integrated media campaigns for our clients
• The ability to lead and inspire both clients and colleagues to deliver the best work
• A collaborative approach to problem solving and trouble shooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information clearly
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and deliver against client needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Social Networking platforms

WHAT WE OFFER:

• A competitive salary between $95,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
