Qualifications
Required Skills And Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field
- Strong understanding of Datorama required: how to manage the data and build visualizations in the Datorama (MCI) platform
- 8-10+ years of agency or ad tech experience
- 5+ years of experience extracting insights from large data sets
- 3+ years of people or team management experience
- Global or multi-market account experience preferred
- Knowledge of digital media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPM, etc.)
- Basic project management experience
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Alteryx
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands on experience of data management and visualization/dashboard creation in Datorama
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Responsibilities
Position Overview:
This role is part of the Global Client Solutions team. As a Senior Director, you will be working closely with Annalect cross-departmental leadership in Media Operations, Marketing Intelligence and other agency partner teams throughout Omnicom. The ideal candidate is client savvy with a strong understanding of analytics, performance measurement, and big data management/insights/visualization. While this role is not a hands-on analytics position, it requires an understanding of key analytics concepts & products and the ability to engage the correct parties and steward initiatives with clients and cross-agency stakeholders to meet key account and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and manage data projects by partnering with cross functional teams to create project briefs and timelines
- Focus on driving outcomes for the business by defining success and by setting the right goals, metrics, timelines, and processes to deliver results objectively, successfully and on time to the client
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, strong leadership, and relationship management
- Work across teams to gather perspectives and opinions and quickly build consensus.
- Generate practical, sustainable, and creative solutions to solve problems and create business opportunities, while maximizing existing resources and ensure their operational viability
- Communicate results and statistical concepts to key business leaders
- Diagnose business need, analyze business process, and study client tech stack and data flows to understand and structure optimal business solutions for the client
- Collaborate with internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise
- Applies lean and agile principles to their approach
- Understand how to weigh risk & ROI against schedule & budget considerations to scoping process and solution recommendations
- Ability to deliver data insights and understand and troubleshoot data/reporting anomalies
- Ability and comfort with presenting work to internal teams and client

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $190,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
