The Senior Director of Enterprise Membership Sales position encompasses all Enterprise Membership efforts that support the company's Membership strategy and goals. This position will work closely with corporate and local markets to define and improve our Enterprise Membership product and oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategy for Enterprise Membership Sales aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, analyze industry trends, and define product positioning and messaging.
Work with local market president/publishers to develop a strategy for deeper local market penetration for Enterprise Memberships.
Build and lead a high performing B2B Enterprise Membership Sales team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to drive successful marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
Drive lead generation and account retention through multiple marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and account-based marketing (ABM). Develop and execute revenue-generating campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance. Use analytics tools to measure metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Review regular reports to demonstrate marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Develop and manage B2B Enterprise Membership budget. Allocate resources, monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Skills & Experience15+ years experience in B2B, strategy, data, sales, marketing, and/or general.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing measurable B2B marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
