This role is responsible for leading the analysis of key eCommerce data for GE Appliances House of Brands with the goal of creating data-informed recommendations that meet business goals. This role partners cross-functionally to provide insights to microenterprise and business unit leaders that drive data-informed decision making to meet key goals and objectives relative to eCommerce. This role digs deep into the eCommerce data to identify insights and opportunities leveraging a variety of software analytics tools and is also responsible for clearly communicating findings and making recommendations to senior leaders in the business.

How You'll Create Possibilities

  • Provide insights and identify opportunities to grow, optimize, and improve the eCommerce business for GE Appliances House of Brands to deliver against revenue and margin goals.
  • Interpret key business data sets and work across channels (email, website, paid marketing, etc) to implement data-driven strategies and action plans based on findings
  • Research and create recommendations for new business opportunities based on GE Appliances and industry data trends/results
  • Leverage quantitative analysis to support business intelligence strategies aligned with eCommerce goals and objectives
  • Partner with Owner Channel's Shared Services COE to deliver measurement and reporting to provide a comprehensive, real-time view of our DTC business
  • Advise and provide guidance on financial, operational, promotional, Omni-channel, and testing strategies
  • Collaborate with microenterprise and business unit leaders to enhance the 360 view of eCommerce that strengthens data driven decision making
  • Articulate and present data analyses and learnings effectively to the eCommerce team and to key stakeholders across the business
  • Oversee the measurement of omni-channel KPIs and establish internal benchmarks to drive business effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with Owner Channel's Shared Services COE and DT teams to communicate and manage business development priorities
  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaign performance and forecast future trends
  • Monitor SEM, SEO and affiliate channels to drive favorable ROI
  • Lead special projects as requested

What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required:
  • College or university bachelor's degree in Business, Software, IT, Sales, Marketing or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience including eCommerce, digital marketing, and/or data analysis
  • Experience in data analysis to create business recommendations aligned with key goals and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the demonstrated ability to influence leadership decision making leveraging data
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects and multi-task using excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Tableau and SQL

Preferred:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in presentation planning and delivery for senior leadership audiences
  • Passion for creative thinking and ideation for innovative problem solving; Curious mindset with pro-active attitude.
  • Experience in Salesforce and Datorama tools
