This role provides dedicated support and guidance to assigned DT leaders and teams with focus on employee advocacy and engagement, employee relations management, inclusion and diversity, performance management, recruitment, compensation, workplace investigations and HR policy/procedure training.PositionSenior Human Resources Business Partner- Digital TechnologyLocationUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create PossibilitiesEssential Duties* Provide professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business.

Ensure alignment across HR talent development and organizational strategies while providing available and responsive internal customer support.* Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources support including recruiting and staffing, organizational development and vitality, career development, coaching, succession planning, compensation planning, performance management, organizational communications, employee relations and engagement.* Plan, develop and implement a variety of HR processes, programs, and initiatives to support the attainment of business goals and objectives.* Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership team and employees to advise both on employee-related and organizational matters.* Maintain HR KPIs (including hiring, attrition, headcount…) and leverage workforce analytics in strategic planning.* Champion employee engagement initiatives and approaches; serve as a key member of the employee engagement council.* Serve as a strategic partner in performance management and succession planning processes, training programs, and talent pipeline development within the DT organization.* Lead change efforts and proactive improvements of HR processes.* Provide advice, counsel and support for Compensation, Benefits, Training, EEO and Compliance programs and processes.* Serve as point of contact for DT U.S. based immigration needs and partner with the Immigration COE to ensure business processes are supported.* Champion inclusion and diversity initiatives and role model inclusive behaviors.* Take an active role in IT-related workforce development community partnerships.What You'll Bring to Our Team* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources management or related field.* Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in roles of increasing responsibility.* Previous experience building credible interpersonal relationships with Business Partners at all levels with ability to influence decision making and providing coaching.* Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.* Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.* High level of responsiveness.* Self-directed and autonomous professional with experience identifying and resolving issues independently; confidence to take initiative in new or unfamiliar circumstances.* Proven track record of results and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.* Competence in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications:* Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field.* Previous experience providing HR support to an IT or technical organization.Our CultureAt GE Appliances, creativity meets passion and conversations lead to exceptional outcomes and experiences.
