The Senior Digital eCommerce Specialist, Bodewell is a part of the eCommerce Operations Team. This role will be responsible for Order Management in the eCommerce platform while understanding the complete end to end lifecycle of the order and returns.

How You'll Create Possibilities

• Responsible for the order management process for the Bodewell owner from pre-order to post order, leveraging knowledge of all systems where Bodewell orders flow and when the order is invoiced.
• Communicate and own the documentation of business requirements for order management API's in the eCommerce platform which includes pre and post order process.
• Respond to and support Call Center and Technician inquiries regarding order management and anticipate changes needed to improve processes.
• Identify and maintain reports, create dashboards to oversee order management, returns, and accounts receivable in the eCommerce platform. Leverage report findings to drive efficiency and production issues proactively.
• Support the implementations and continued execution of order management within the Bodewell Platform (eCommerce, Service, and Delivery).
• Own UAT for order management by creating and maintaining test cases.
• Oversee order management production issues and enhancements through a common release management platform and identify improvements.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and reducing manual effort and defects impacting Bodewell orders and downstream systems.
• Responsible for timely and effective communications to Call Center, Technicians, eCommerce application, AR, Home Delivery, Reporting, etc. when changes are made that will impact associated processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with DT teams, Consumer eCommerce, Pricing, and Distribution to ensure consistency across consumer touch points.

What You'll Bring to Our Team
Qualifications/Requirements

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: eCommerce, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Pricing, Analytics and/or Project Management.
• Experience in a fast-paced B2C environment, preferably in long cycle consumer products industry.
• Strong Oracle order management background with understanding of Parts and Finished Goods processes.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating, problem solving and working within a matrix organization; leading by influence with various levels of stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with proven track record for performance and leadership.

• Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously and executing deliverable on schedule.
