Senior Development Manager | Remote

The Asset Intelligence Development Team is looking for a highly-motivated and highly-adaptable Senior Development Manager to lead one of our most important products. As the tech lead on this product, you’ll manage a team of .NET developers as well as be involved in design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment in support of enterprise packaged solutions. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our product team to help shape the feature roadmap for this product.

Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of design and/or development experience with Node.JS JavaScript / TypeScript
Expertise with RDBM systems like MSSQL, Postgres, MySQL, etc.
Expertise in writing unit tests and leading others in unit test development
Experience managing internal and external resources and staff
Proven track record of leading a team in the design, development, delivery, and support of web based SaaS applications over a multi-year period of time
Experience with modern build pipelines and toolchains
Experience with modern API design
A thorough understanding of authentication fundamentals used to secure both frontend and backend applications
Familiar with Agile development and Scrum methodology
Proven communicator and leader across the organization
Entrepreneurial drive and a self-reliant team leader who can effectively manage competing priorities
Capable of motivating others and influencing direction in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment

Preferred Skills & Experience:

AWS training
5+ years direct experience in technical support management, quality assurance, product management, program management, or related field
Experience with productivity tools such as Slack, Jira and Confluence

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $140,000/year - $180,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
