Role Responsibilities:
- Establish the automation capability in HR
- Collaborate with HR to advance a feasible pipeline of automation opportunities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to identify and address automation requirements and issues.
- Create technical design documents and test plans.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations.
- Participate in project planning and estimation.
- Provide support for production deployments and ongoing maintenance.
- Submitting improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community to increase knowledge and expertise.
- Acting as the first point of call for business process owners, providing updates on process performance, discussing any changes to the processes, and handling live issues as they arise.
- Communicate clearly with business users on operations and Blue Prism on software related issues.
- Perform the post implementation review for production releases
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Blue Prism solutions.
- Experience with Blue Prism version 6.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
- Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
