WHAT YOU'LL DO
ProCaps Laboratories is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to help our creative efforts in print and digital design. With over a decade of senior-level design experience, you will conceptualize and create captivating designs from start to finish, and bring a fresh, imaginative perspective to our team. If you're passionate about design, possess a keen eye for quality, and are eager to help shape our visual identity, we invite you to apply and be a driving force behind our mission of promoting health and wellness. A portfolio showcasing product package design and marketing deliverables for both print and digital will be required.
OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• A solid background of over a decade in senior-level design roles, whether within an agency or a similar creative setting. Prior experience in the health and wellness industry is a notable advantage.
• Proficiency in hands-on design work, with a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Mastery of both print and digital design, accompanied by a deep understanding of printing and production processes.
• A proven track record of conceiving and crafting original, unique designs and illustrations that stand out.
• A sharp awareness of current design trends, marketing strategies, and the latest industry tools and techniques.
• An inherently creative mindset, marked by imaginative thinking, curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to ongoing learning.
• Demonstrated capability to uphold rigorous quality standards in all design endeavors.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including the adept management of multiple projects concurrently, even under tight time constraints.
• A keen aesthetic sensibility, creative problem-solving skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, video production, and environmental design is a significant plus, contributing to a diverse and dynamic creative portfolio.
