.As a Senior Department Coordinator, you will provide administrative and project support for the Compliance, Ethics & Regulatory Services team at Premera. This position works with the various team members and partners throughout the company to understand the business needs and requirements in a complex and rapidly changing industry that greatly impacts the lives of our customers. The position assists with the development of communication solutions (external and internal facing), that will address those needs. Primary responsibilities of this job involve coordinating and/or managing projects to meet departmental objectives (60% of time). Secondary responsibilities include departmental administrative support (40% of time).
What you will do:
- Support the execution of team, department, project, and/or program strategies or goals to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate and/or participate as a team member on assigned projects. Track and distribute project management documentation including project plan, scope and deliverables, stakeholder analysis, and other pertinent documents to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Provide office assistance to team members that would include scheduling meetings, managing deadlines, ordering supplies, tracking data, managing meeting logistics, etc.
- Manage and monitor the development and execution of department, team, project, and/or training calendars.
- Manage department budget and track invoices.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree or four years of administrative support experience. Four years of project support experience including managing project details, logistics, data, metrics, budgets, and/or tracking services.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with emerging processes and procedures.
- An ability to drive end-to-end projects from planning to execution with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- An eagerness to go the extra mile and think outside the box.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Confidence and an ability to quickly assess and make solid decisions/ recommendations.
- The ability to adhere to deadlines and budgets while managing and coordinating multiple subprojects.
- Strong collaboration skills: an ability to be a team player who can take initiative and work within department priorities.
- Experience working in a similar type of department or comparable work environment is preferred.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$51,600.00 - $82,600.00National Plus Salary Range:
$58,800.00 - $94,100.00- National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
