The Role
At Insight Sourcing, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales engine. That’s why we are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Creation Specialist to find and qualify potential clients who could benefit from our firm’s services.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Senior Demand Creation Specialist is the front-line leader of our sales team at Insight Sourcing. This critical role is responsible for generating qualified leads and building relationships via phone, email, and social activity with executives in Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive company growth and exceed sales targets. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal candidate for this role has a strong understanding of sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and coordinating introductory conversations for our Sales Executives. You must have strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
You will work collaboratively with our firm’s Marketing Team and our Sales Executives across the country to create new customers and exceed monthly sales goals for first meetings and qualified sales opportunities.

Position Responsibilities
- Targeted outbound demand generation.
- Execute various outbound lead generation campaigns though phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Engage and qualify prospects that respond by clearly articulating Insight Sourcing’s value to secure introductory meetings for the firm’s Sales Team.
- Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) conversion.
- Qualification of inbound leads (e.g., web forms, content downloads, events, etc.) that have engaged with our brand to convert them into introductory business conversations with Insight Sourcing’s Sales Team.
- Coordinate introductory business conversations between prospective clients and our Sales Team, while managing calendars and accuracy of activity in the firm’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Become an expert on lead generation tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot) to execute multi-touch campaigns targeting Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain stakeholders in C-Level, VP, and Director roles.
- Contribute to our data driven culture of success by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database (Salesforce.com).
- Contribute to the successful creation and execution of outbound campaigns and cadences that lead to new business opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience with documented success in a business/sales development role generating meetings and pipeline for a well‐regarded organization.
- Track record of successfully generating C-Suite, VP, and Director-level client relationships at major corporations.
- Prior experience within procurement and/or supply chain sectors is a plus.
- Four-year undergraduate degree.
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot (or similar sales technology) is required.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office products.
