Join us to do the best work of your career as aSenior CxA Manager in our Commissioning Department in the NYC region(NYC, Philadelphia and Newark, NJ) and our Boston MA office. This position is a leadership role and may be headquartered in any of the offices listed above. You will work closely and be mentored by current Principal Commissioning staff member.

Some of your responsibilities include the following:
- Provide Commissioning and Construction Administrative including engineering and technical support on ongoing projects
- Develop and maintenance of client base for commissioning proposals
- Review of Commissioning RFP’s and development of proposals
- Working with Marketing Department on the development of proposal and PowerPoint presentation
- Lead Cx Presentations for project interviews (in person and virtual).
- Maintain client relationships
- Develop new client contacts and relationships.
- Maintain Commissioning Groups standards and QA/QC effort.
- Lead and assist staff in the Cx process and complex project construction and commissioning issues.
- Review and maintain staff commissioning workloads.
- Review designs and lead and direct onsite commissioning activities, including technical documentation and contractual requirements
- Ensure all aspect of construction project are designed, installed, tested and maintained
- Prepare and maintain commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklist
- Assist with identification and addressing of commissioning and construction MEPFP system operational issues. Responsibilities include development of Commissioning Plans, specifications and finial Commissioning Report.
- Track and review progress, compile reports
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with staff
- Troubleshoot technical MEPFP related issues
- Mechanical/Electrical Background
- Lead the Cx/CA team
- The ability to act as a liaison between Vanderweil Engineers (PIC, Project Manager and engineers), end client(owner) and contractor (including subcontractor
Essential Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 7 Years plus experience in related field (including on-site construction experience is required).
- PE, CX, and LEED Certification is desirable
- Strong analytical ability and writing skills necessary
- An understanding of HVAC controls
- Leadership experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Position will travel 25% of the time
- Exposure to Microsoft Suite Programs and Navisworks helpful
- MEPFP design and construction experience is required
- Travel is required

The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, professional licensure, project exposure, and education and may range from $130,000.00 and up.
