SENIOR E2E TRANSFORMATION MANAGER AMERICAS
Our team in Wayne currently has an opening for a Senior E2E Transformation Manager Americas
This role is crucial to increase the success rate of transformations. You will be end to end responsible for deployment of new capabilities being launched by the Brenntag digital/data transformation programs in your region. This role creates the bridge between the central teams – who define and build the new solutions – and the local receiving teams in the business/markets/functions– who will need to adopt the new solutions. You will coordinate the required activities to be able to deploy new capabilities efficiently, effective and at scale. You will drive the local adoption and impact of the new capabilities.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and sign off regional / local deployment roadmaps together with the central and regional / local teams and key stakeholders
- Execute the regional / local deployment roadmaps per plan (milestones on time)
- Apply and continuously improve the End to End deployment methodology
- Coordinate the change impact assessment and program deliverable sign off
- Build and manage the regional End to End deployment team to high engagement / performance
- Align with key stakeholders on timely availability of key resources
- Ensure execution of the required deployment activities (e.g. data preparation, user testing, training) with the regional / local teams
- Drive the capability adoption
- Realize the impact (value) coming from the capability deployment
- Support Brenntag Excellence with hand over from deployment to continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
- 10 years of experience in transformational program/project management, including managing complex workstreams
- End to End business sense, technical (IT/DATA) understanding, analytical & consulting skills
- Experience in challenging and influencing stakeholders in leadership position and across a wide network
