We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team! Customer Service is the heartbeat of our company. We depend on our Customer Service department to serve our customers and fulfill our promise of reliability. You will be responsible for managing and participating in the helping of end consumers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule Team of Customer Service Representatives to maximize coverage
· Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email
· Provide information about the products and services
· Help customers resolve product issues and concerns
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
· Summarize key issues for company to take action on
· Replying to questions, reviews, etc.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in managing people
· Previous experience in Customer Service
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be proficient on MS Office - Word, Outlook, and Excel
Location and Hours:
On-site in Ontario, California
Monday to Friday - Dayshift
