As the Senior Creative Lead –LLR North America within Merlin Magic Making, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of talented creatives to bring innovative and immersive experiences to life. You'll be responsible for guiding the creative vision for the LEGO brands within region, development of creative vision, and execution of various projects, ensuring they align with the overall LEGO brand strategy and elevate the guest experience at our theme parks and rides. This role requires a visionary thinker, an exceptional leader, and a seasoned creative professional with a passion for captivating storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision that aligns with the theme park's brand identity/attraction and target audience, fostering an atmosphere of innovation and imagination.
• Lead and oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, writers, animators, and engineers to ensure seamless execution of projects, working in tandem with Creative Delivery.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creativity, growth, and professional development.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their vision and goals, translating their requirements into impactful and engaging creative solutions.
• Uphold high standards of creative excellence, conducting thorough reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure the final output meets the desired quality and aligns with the project objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices within the theme park and entertainment industry, integrating innovative ideas into the creative process.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A deep understanding of the LEGO brand.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in Creative Leadership roles, preferably within the entertainment, theme park, or media industries.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful creative projects and experiences. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams effectively.
• Exceptional storytelling and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and originality.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in industry-standard creative software and tools.

Compensation between USD $100,000.00/Yr.-USD $110,000.00/Yr.
