Job description

Articulate is looking for a purpose-driven Senior CSR and Social Impact Communications Program Director to join our amazing organization.

As the Senior CSR and Social Impact Communications Program Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a holistic CSR program to increase purpose-driven employee engagement, build authentic CSR brand awareness for customers and stakeholders, seek out partnerships aligned with our company values, and lead compelling internal and external Social Impact Communications. This role will report to the Chief Diversity and Impact Officer and collaborate extensively with all departments across the company, our ERG Leadership, and our external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

  • Lead new and existing CSR programs that effectively drive employee engagement aligned to CSR objectives
  • Lead effective internal and external communications to celebrate Articulate’s Social Impact wins
  • Lead a cross functional team to deliver Social Impact reports that drive value for our employees, customers, communities, and Articulate’s fanbase
  • Analyze CSR data to derive meaningful insights, trends, and opportunities that inform business decisions and drive sustainable practices
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to monitor and communicate CSR performance internally and externally
  • Integrate internal and external Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility initiatives within CSR programming
  • Be proactive in identifying Social Impact strategies and trends where Articulate can make an impact through its people, products, and philanthropy
  • Liaise between external 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to collect all necessary reporting data and information related to all CSR programs (Social Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Diversity Supplier, etc.)

What you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading successful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs with high levels of personal accountability for reporting and strategic work
  • Ability to create compelling communications that result in high levels of employee engagement, and promotes brand awareness among our customers and partners
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, maintain strong organizational skills, implement change management where necessary, and align others on a common purpose
  • Demonstrated effectiveness driving community relations and outreach in fields like Ed Tech, Social and Environmental Justice, Accessibility, Responsible Tech Movement
  • Proven track record program managing the publication of CSR, Social Impact, DEI, or Sustainability Reports
  • Experience leading a and monitoring a Diversity Supplier Program
  • Knowledge of reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, UN SDGs, and SBTI
The pay range for this position is $126,100 to $189,100 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
