Position Responsibilities
Handle complex recruitment assignments for our corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
Source talent using job boards, niche sites, email campaigns and cold calling.
Maintain and build relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
7+ years in recruiting. Experience in a corporate setting preferred.
Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
