Job Description
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home. This position could be located in our Costa Mesa, CA or Fresno, CA office.

The Senior Coordinator, Sales Support and Operations supports delivery of support services to the organization's sales force to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue under limited supervision. This position maintains positive relationships with internal and external contacts to achieve customer retention by processing support service-related tasks and may make product recommendations. As a fully proficient team member knowledgeable about company products and programs, this position may provide guidance to entry level associates or peers, and may conduct analysis of problems.
What you do
- Deliver service functions to support sales teams including timely and accurate preparation of materials, proposals, client data, and other sales information.
- Coordinate processes to maintain data, respond to inquiries, and deliver solutions to support the sales teams.
- Monitor progress during the entire lifecycle of a case.
- Provide recommendations to resolve procedural or system related problems.
- Create and analyze database reports and may make advanced rate and calculation adjustments via spreadsheets.
- Maintain a general understanding of various insurance products and their features and limitations.
- Support new or entry level associates by providing guidance and training.
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years related experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and/or Salesforce is a plus
