POSITION SUMMARY - This position is based in Arlington, VA (onsite)
As an IT Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our computers and systems. You will also provide advanced Technical Support to end-users, resolving complex issues, and ensuring efficient IT service delivery. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining system functionality and minimizing disruptions. Your role involves both technical and administrative tasks, requiring critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail. Effective end-user support and teamwork are vital components of this role, so excellent communication and people skills are required to collaborate effectively
with colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure compliance with IT standards and
functionality. - Occasional travel required (5-10%)
Windows Infrastructure Management:
- Managing Windows Systems: Oversee the installation, configuration, andmaintenance of Windows and Mac workstations, and laptops.
- Software Deployment: Upgrade, install, and configure application software onWindows and Mac devices.
- Hardware Support: Troubleshoot hardware issues, including desktop hardware and peripherals.
- Imaging and Deployment: Handle imaging and deployment of Windows & Mac computers.
Technical Support:
- End-User Assistance: Provide responsive Technical Support to employees using Windows devices.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Windows/Macs -related issues promptly.
- Link Between Users and Support: Act as a link between end-users and higher-level IT support.
Security and Compliance:
- Familiar with basic security concepts.
- Security Measures: Work closely with the security team to implement securityprotocols.
- Access Control: Ensure proper access controls and permissions for end users.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Microsoft Admin Center Management:
- Dashboard Configuration: Utilize Microsoft Admin Center to monitor and manage endpoint devices centrally.
- Policy Enforcement: Apply group policies, security settings, and configurations across the network.
- Device Insights: Leverage analytics and reporting features to optimize device performance.
Audio-Video Tools Management
- AV Conference Rooms: Participate in the design, implementation, and ongoingsupport of video conference rooms globally.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage AV service vendors and integrators for project delivery and support.
- Training and User Support: Provide training and materials on effective use of AV technologies.
- Capacity Monitoring: Monitor usage and capacity of video conference infrastructure.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Technology (or in a related field).
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Systems Administrator or IT Help Desk/ Support, Microsoft Windows and MacOS troubleshooting,Microsoft 365 admin center (Exchange, Identity), Enterprise tools (Exchange/Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, Workspace ONE, Access Control concepts) and in using a user request ticketing or tracking system.
- Strong aptitude for Customer Service.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
- Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team.
- Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and networks.
- Experience using MDM tools for Windows and Macs devices.
- Able to lift heavy equipment (40lbs ).
Preferred
- Certifications: CompTIA (A , Network, Security), Microsoft Associate/Expert, Jamf
- Inventory management experience.
