We're seeking an experienced social sector leader to join our team. In this role, you will drive project management efforts to support delivering exceptional client results that amplify their impact in communities.
the role
Senior Consultants are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways:
Project Management: Create and maintain project plans for multiple client engagements; manage internal and external stakeholders towards rigorous timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, metrics, and data reporting; ensure execution of activities meet the defined scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Meeting Facilitation: Plan and facilitate internal and external meetings; assign and monitor action items aligned to the project plans and outcomes. Lead stakeholder engagement experiences as needed.
Project Evaluation: Design and oversee the use of stakeholder engagement and evaluative protocols including focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Analyze and manage qualitative and quantitative data to surface key insights to guide client strategy.
Knowledge and Communications Management: Own knowledge management for internal and external stakeholders including capturing, storing, and sharing information, deliverables, platforms, etc. Manage internal and external communication channels to ensure all relevant parties have consistent and effective communication
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Relish an environment where taking ownership, making strategic decisions, and fostering a sense of autonomy are not just encouraged but celebrated. Inspire and motivate the project team to work in harmony and exceed client expectations.

Structure: This role is full-time. The anticipated start is April 2024.
Location: The CoSpero team is based in Dallas, TX. DFW candidates will be prioritized; however, we encourage nonlocal candidates to apply.
Compensation: The starting salary for this role is $90K, non-negotiable, with 4% annual raise. CoSpero offers a comprehensive health plan inclusive of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. In addition, employees have up to 40 days of rest (made up of four quarterly weeks off, PTO, and federal holidays) + paid family leave. Additional benefits can be viewed here.
