We are an established and growing commercial general contractor based in Tampa, Florida, seeking a results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. We are a ground-up, full service commercial construction company. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial Construction Projects, from pre-construction planning to close-out and final delivery. Responsibilities include: bidding projects, creating schedules, administering contracts, working with architects, owners, and managing field superintendents to ensure project success. Projects include restaurants, office buildings, clubhouses, amenity centers, ground up construction and more!

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of "ground up" experience in commercial construction management
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, engineering, or a related field
- Strong management skills and the ability to quickly identify and solve problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Florida General Contractor's License preferred
You should be familiar with:
- Bidding and Estimating Projects for Commercial projects
- Accounting, cost reporting, coding invoices
- Experience with Takeoff Software
- Scope changes, scope conflict, change orders
- Issue drawing RFI's
- Manpower scheduling
- Safety awareness, safety monitoring, overall job site safety knowledge
- Reviewing job requirements
- Project scheduling - reviewing and updating master schedule, weekly updates
- Owner relations: address concerns and provide updates
- Project close out - punch list, specify trades and trade list, closing out accounting, etc...
- Marketing - bring in business and build relationships
- Preferably the ideal candidate will have existing connections and opportunities through our local area
- Estimating
- Familiarity with Procore software preferred
- Drawing Plan Reviews - cross-referencing each trade and ensuring everything works together
- Schedule trade sequence
- Writing contracts, subcontractor roster, permitting, quality control
