SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ANAYST (9268)
We are searching for a Senior Construction Analyst for a growing luxury living multi-family property development company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze, track, monitor and prepare reporting on project budgets and actual expenses/committed costs.
Provide reporting on variances and risk exposure and, if necessary, develop and present appropriate action plans.
Work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels.
Track all subcontractors and supplier compliance to contracts from a financial and risk standpoint
Manage lien notices.
Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations.
Analyze data and perform trend analysis and communicate the data variances.
May perform other duties as assigned.
We Seek:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5 plus years of experience in construction or related field.
Accounting or Finance Degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
Proficient in Construction processes
Ability to identify and make recommendations for resolution of project problems utilizing analytical skills.
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
Ability to effectively interface and build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Works well in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented.
Excellent judgement
Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline)
Self-starter who works well with a team and is highly self-motivated, goal oriented.
Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations.
Adaptable, exhibits flexibility with changing priorities and conditions.
