The Senior Compliance Analyst plays an integral role in management of the bank's Compliance governance program. The Senior Compliance analyst will work closely with the Associate Compliance Director to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor compliance risk. This role will also assist with developing reports and dashboards, developing Executive Committee reporting, managing critical spreadsheets and identify portfolio/risk trends by analyzing data from various sources. The candidate will work within the bank's second line of defense and will be responsible for supporting Compliance Program management.

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $69,299.00 - $81,528.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.

What we are looking for:
- Responsible for developing reports, metrics, dashboards and provide data analysis support to the compliance management team
- Analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in risk data to provide solutions and recommended actions
- Preparing various reports by collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and summarizing source data.
- Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations to enable the management team to make data driven decisions
- Measures and monitors reports and dashboards to help in decision making
- Collaborate with compliance Managers on the development of metrics (KPIs/KRIs) and dashboards to track risk
- Prepare trend cards, projections, and related analysis to regularly monitor regulatory adherence
- Perform Access Reviews
- Maintain department critical spreadsheets
- Develop exception reporting to eliminate transactional/manual testing
- Develop Comprehensive reports for Executive Committees
- Maintain and enhance department SharePoint site
What you need to have:
- College degree (BA) from a four (4) year College or University is required.
- 2+ years of Experience in Risk Reporting and data analysis, knowledge using GRC Applications like BWise
- 2+ years of Experience with federal regulatory requirements for Compliance Management Systems
- Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge (4+ years) in business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau
