Responsibilities
- Develop core messaging and narrative to bring the HLS mission and business priorities to life through dynamic storytelling.
- Demonstrate strategic leadership by driving impactful messaging for the HLS CVP, continuing to strengthen their platform and drive thought leadership, aligning with the company mission, strategy, leadership principles and cultural attributes.
- Act as single-point-of-contact for any internal or external, speaking, traditional and social media requests for the HLS CVP - partnering with appropriate teams to triage, check for alignment to strategy and team priorities and ensure that positioning and tone is appropriate for exec engagement.
- Create and align communications plans to IPS RoB and broader communications.
- Drive and execute an orchestrated and thoughtful social media strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years specialized functional experience within the Healthcare Industries (HLS).
- 4+ years experience supporting senior executives, leading project teams and working in a fast paced, high pressure, often ambiguous environment.
Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
