What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Collector to join our Accounts Receivable team. The Senior Collector will be responsible for managing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Job Duties

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or return of assets as necessary.
• Identify troubled accounts through credit analysis and customer calls.
• Work with third-party collection agencies and legal team to maximize recoveries and protect company assets.
• Assist in the application of received payments and respond to customer inquiries.
• Complete any other departmental projects or duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-3 years of recent collections experience (B2B experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and maintain focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a customer service focus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to pass post offer drug test.

Compensation:

• $31-$36/Hourly depending on experience and qualifications
