LOCATION: Work onsite in one of our offices in Minneapolis, MN, Las Vegas, NV, or New York NY but must reside within the United States

OVERVIEW:
Sportradar's OTT unit has more than 15 years' experience as a streaming platform provider. The OTT Client Success team is the link between our clients and our product team and is in constant exchange with the client. In US, we proudly work with companies such as Sinclair/Tennis Channel, BIG10 Network and NHL.
As a Senior Client Success Partner you will take responsibility for clients and the respective relationships. Being the core contact to the customer, you will guide and consult the partner, including helping to use our CMS in the best way and to increase traffic on the platforms. The ideal candidate has a high interest in the digital world, sports and great communication skills.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Own the client relationship and act as first point of contact for client related matters and their long term success.
- Proactively lead every aspect of the relationship, incl. performance stability and growth, development process, business reviews and regular check-ins, ongoing support and renewal
- Demonstrate product knowledge that allows you to help our clients by using the platform most effective
- Maintain a deep understanding of client relevant KPIs and how to achieve them, sharing recommendations and insights
- Develop and implement new innovative marketing operations with and for our clients to show growth on the platform
- Work closely with the product team by providing them with customer feedback and feature requests
- Drive and support new business opportunities in US, including OTT pitches, RFP and presentations
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer relationship/success or account management role
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships within companies driving joint success for clients
- Strong customer-centric growth mindset
- Technology savvy & high interest in the digital world and sports
- Highly independent and self-driven personality
- English / US native, additional European language skills are of advantage

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
