Senior Client Services Associate
JOB BRIEF
Senior Client Services Associate will guide the Client Set Ups team to support the base efforts of getting projects efficiently in place to run payroll, while also supporting the more strategic endeavors of the management team. This role requires a candidate who is committed to the company and our clients, as well as someone looking to develop their potential for company leadership.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUWhat you will do- Analyze client questions and concerns and assist with escalated issues or problems.
- Analyze departmental processes and procedures to provide an enhanced client experience.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline the client setup process.
- Provide client support services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist the Client Services Team in integrating clients as accurately and efficiently as possible.
- Support the team with the collection of the required client information needed for project set-up.
- Maintain online project management tool, Wrike, to assist in client onboarding.
- Lead Client Services Meetings and set up agendas to enhance better communication across departments
- Train new employees on the client setup process.
- Take the lead role in the annual security and finance audits.
- Help to maintain an accurate and accessible database of clients, projects, and industry contacts.
- Input new projects into the payroll system and handle work location request additions.
- Provide administrative support to the Client Relations Management team.
- Maintain Payroll Forms document repository and update payroll forms as required.
- Relay concerns and questions from customers with relevant departments and team members.

SALARY RANGE:
$80,000-$85,000
