Job Description
Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management a Registered Investment Advisor based in Los Angeles, is currently searching for a Client Service Associate.
The successful candidate will work as part of a growth-focused advisory team to provide a professional and exceptional level of Client Service to institutional investors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the day-to-day changes related to financial accounts.
- Manage and coordinate with internal departments as needed on account maintenance tasks such as deposit/withdrawal requests, account updates, and other special requests as directed.
- Coordinate and complete inbound Client Service requests.
- Resolve client inquiries and problems through interaction with clients/advisors in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, review, and process all documents related to investment account openings.
- Oversee the setup process for new accounts and manage the opening and closing of accounts.
- Contact and consult clients/advisors on question related to the new account documents and/or follow-up on any outstanding items needed to complete the new account setup.
- Responsible for client monthly and quarterly reporting within established deadlines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Marketing).
- 5-7 years of work experience in the financial services industry, specifically, investment/asset management.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Pro-active approach to accuracy and attention to details.
- Analytical skills with the ability to dig in.
- Ability to meet deadlines and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Teamwork – ability to collaborate in a professional and constructive manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and quantitative skills.

Salary Range: $70,495- $105,743
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
