Who we are looking for
The Middle Office Client Service, Senior Associate is responsible for ensuring that the assigned client's inquiries are responded to timely and accurately and that the client is satisfied with State Street's services. Successful candidate will have an investment operations background and strong interpersonal skills. Middle and Back Office experience is preferred. Successful candidate should have strong Client Service skills.

What you will be responsible for
As the Middle Office Client Service, Senior Associate you will be responsible for tactical day to day management of client inquiries
• Ensures superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for the Client and ensuring client issues are resolved. Proactive identification of client needs, and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction
• Establishes strong relationships with the client. Keeps management informed of new developments, service issues
• Acts as a liaison between client and business units to ensure successful implementation. Manages internal and client expectations
• During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures
• Follow, refine, and define procedures to achieve consistent results globally

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in business, finance, accounting or economics.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in trade support process and design
  • Experience in SQL, Python, or similar languages
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, planning and analytical skills.

Salary Range:
$58,240 - $83,200 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
