Responsibilities:
Work cross functionally to collect customer demand, build capacity models, and translate recommendations to capacity engineers
Build and maintain buffer strategy for key internal customers
Communicate schedules, priorities, and status of the capacity plan to all levels of management
Collaborate with program leads to build a scalable and data driven solution for Cruises Planning and forecasting needs
Work with platform owners and keys customers to create prioritization framework and rules on demand manager
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in capacity planning, demand and supply management, or operations planning.
Expert experience with data analysis and data modeling & SQL
Excellent communication skills
Experience with concepts of trade off analysis, cost to benefit, prioritization methodologies
Expert knowledge and experience of various public cloud providers
Experience with process improvement and project management
Basics of system architecture, databases, storage systems
Experience with budgeting and capacity planning experience
Self-disciplined and thrive in fast moving environment
The salary range for this position is $178,500 - $210,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
