Position: Senior Survey CAD Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Will consider Ohio candidates, but role will primarily serve Indianapolis.)
Our team of 40+ professionals have access to latest tools such as, GPS, robotic, UAV technology, terrestrial scanning and hydrographic surveying equipment. Our Land Surveying team does it all, from ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, to topographic and boundary surveys, to hydrographic, transportation (bridge and road) and utility route surveys, to right-of-way services and construction staking.

Group: Land Surveying
Position: Senior Survey CAD Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Will consider Ohio candidates, but role will primarily serve Indianapolis.)

Our Land Surveying team does it all, from ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, to topographic and boundary surveys, to hydrographic, transportation (bridge and road) and utility route surveys, to right-of-way services and construction staking.
Responsibilities
- Process field data into topographic surveys and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
- Preparation of exhibits and subdivision plats
- Assist with the layout of property and easement descriptions.
- Download LiDAR, aerial photography and other GIS data from public domain sites.
- Preparation of Location Control Route Survey Plats (a plus but not required)
Qualifications
- Fluent in Civil3D (current versions)
- Fluent in Autodesk AutoCAD (current versions)
- Microstation experience a plus
- 5-10 years' experience
- Knowledge of other related software (Trimble Business Center, GIS, etc)
- Experience with scanning or other non-traditional surveying technologies
