• High Level Project Overview:
o The individual in this position will be responsible for providing support for internal HR customers for both projects and application support, primarily lending expertise in project work to move time and payroll solution to new module. Individual will be also be assigned to support client IT projects and enhancements to include gathering and documenting requirements for enhancements and custom development efforts, writing functional development specifications, writing, and executing comprehensive test plans, as well as supporting implementations. Perform other duties as assigned. 
o Basic job responsibilities include the following: Devise or modify procedures to solve complex systems problems. Align technology solutions with business strategies. Partner with functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to development of long-range system plans, and ensure products and services are aligned with business needs. Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements. Communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and IT. Work with an individual business unit on multi-project assignments.
• Preferred Years of Experience:
o 5+ years of experience supporting HR with expert use of SAP, ECP, Workforce time, and/or supporting integrations to/from SAP with other time and payroll solutions.
• Education:
o Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or other education in Information Systems, Mathematics or Business, or the equivalent technical experience is desired.
o Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above.
