Description of Work:
Supplier to support Diversified Business Solutions (DBS) in the creation of a new Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP). The team is building a new website to replace the existing site that sits on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in order to enhance the way the healthcare member's plans are handled/ creating more efficient search engine optimization with AEM with the help of a Sr. AEM Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst joining the team.
-Need a US citizen
-This role may also be suitable for a developer ready to step into a BA/QA role
Top Skills Required:
-Experience with working on digital marketing projects using AEM 6.x
-Gathering and understand integration requirements on a high level- need strong communication.
-Document high-level requirements as story epics.
-Assist with story grooming for each sprint and perform story breakdown to create stories from epics.
-Experience with using application lifecycle management (ALM) tools like Jira, Rally, or Digital.ai
-Create and manage story acceptance criteria.
-Use available templates, components, and assets to create, test, and publish AEM pages
-Understanding of how to test for adherence to SEO and accessibility (WCAG 2.1) best practices- understanding specifically how integration works and being able to validate components written by the AEM BA/QA.
-Excellent communication skills/ engages in making recommendations/ sharing ideas.
