In this role, you will:
- Execute complex post risk assessment for Human Capital changes within Home Lending by working with internal partners to gather data from multiple sources.
- Independently perform complex risk assessments and determine if escalation to program or senior leadership is necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management Policy by maintaining program documentation within Clarity and Registry for the program.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Lead the creation of executive level material for review and decision in various committees and cabinets.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Proactive and organized with demonstrated success in recognizing and understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
- Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and other business stakeholders to provide feedback, credibly challenge issues, and calibrate, as needed, to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across groups.
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
