Position Responsibilities
This role is an important addition to the Marketing Team as we seek to provide events support to various growing areas of the Firm. This person will be a member of a 4-person events team and will be required to be a self-starter who is looking to gain exposure to various types of events across the Firm as well as other Marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • End-to-end management of internal and client events, including budget management, sourcing, planning, communications, onsite execution, reconciliation and reporting
  • Effectively collaborate with key stakeholder groups across the Firm to implement projects that align to business goals
  • Support the Firm’s premiums / gifts program in conjunction with various internal partners
  • Assist with workflow for content creation and email distribution
  • Coordinate and help prepare marketing materials for conferences and events
  • Support various ad-hoc Marketing projects and initiatives
  • Effective collaboration with the Creative Services Team to produce brand-aligned design assets that enhance key messages
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 4 years of experience in events management / marketing, financial services events experience preferred
  • Experience with brand amplification and digital marketing platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft SharePoint a plus
  • Abide by our work-in-office policies then in effect

Compensation & Benefits
For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $110,000 to $130,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
