The Performance Creative team works across creative and media service lines, helping our clients navigate the digital landscape through platform knowledge, best practices, and the power of storytelling.
Key Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate with our internal partners to develop dynamic creative solutions that create growth for our clients.
- You will generate groundbreaking creative that connects with an audience across all channels, present and sell work, and see it through to the final execution.
- You will pitch in on light animation and editing work, and new business.
- You will work with existing assets to reimagine and repurpose across channels.
- You understand the nuances of digital media channels, including social, website/UX, and SEO-centric video.
- You are a team player who loves to tell stories and have fun doing it.
- 5 years minimum experience in art direction or graphic design in advertising, or content marketing
- Knowledge building creative in omni-channel social media campaigns (organic and paid), display, OLV
- Consistency of quality ideas
- Attention to craft exemplified in a diverse portfolio of work
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, concept and execution motion skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is ($68,000 - $110,400). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
