Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role.
• Certifications/proficiencies in the following:
• Grand Central.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects as related to Epic.
• Document build specifications, team processes and complex workflows
• Develop and share workflow best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prefer candidates are familiar with Epic RTE (real time eligibility) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Reporting/Dashboard build experience a plus
• Project management experience a plus.
• Workqueue configuration experience highly preferred
