Key Responsibilities:The Senior Analyst International Co-Brand will help lead and grow profitably the MileagePlus International Co-Branded Card Portfolios United Airlines has established around the world. The Senior Analyst will also focus on supporting the expansion of existing Co-Branded Card portfolios and Points to Miles transfer schemes by identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial terms, and handling the operational integration between banks and MileagePlus.
Partnership Management- Design and enhance products with additional benefits, new redemption opportunities, accrual modifications, and card/network levels
- Work with Bank partners to develop sales force incentive programs and training materials to help sales executives understand United, MileagePlus and all benefits associated to each card offered in assigned portfolios
- Support portfolio operations including day-to-day contact with Bank partners, technical and operational project management, key indicator tracking, and invoice approvals
- Work with United Marketing to build annual marketing and promotion plans for Credit/Debit Card Portfolios, help implement multi-channel campaigns, track performance, and communicate results to senior management
- Implement joint (United Airlines and Bank) Co-Brand marketing initiatives including product launches, acquisition and retention campaigns, and creative marketing approvals
- Analyze historical trends and credit card customer behavior, and develop models to segment and target customers for acquisition and spend campaigns
- Collect and analyze assigned partners' metrics including acquisition, attrition, total cards enforce, average card spend, total card spend, mileage revenue, ancillary revenue to build performance dashboards for senior management
- Work with Financial Planning & Analysis on monthly and annual closing, forecast and budgeting of assigned portfolios. Frequent interaction with international marketing, country sales teams, legal, etc.
- United digital (united.com), alliance partnerships, revenue management, IT, and customer service
This role will require traveling up to 40% of the time, which will primarily consist of international travel.

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in credit card or travel industry loyalty programs & marketing
- Partnerships and Integrated Marketing experience
- Experience managing and prioritizing various projects
- Ability to work independently and bring projects to completion
- Lead projects with internal and external collaborators
- Manage large quantities of data in comprehensive way and demonstrate qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel user)
- Fluent in English and a second language (Portuguese, Hebrew, German, or Mandarin)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, International Relations or related field
- Strong experience with digital and app marketing
- Airline and credit card industry budgeting and forecasting experience
- Experience in partner relationships, contract negotiations, marketing approvals, promotion evaluations and funding
