About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly passionate, analytically-driven Sr. Analyst to join our Finance team supporting our centralized, Corporate functions in WeWork. This position will partner cross-functionally to provide financial leadership, analytical insight, drive financial discipline and deliver business results. The ideal candidate is analytical, motivated, resourceful and eager to not only dive into the data but also to utilize that data to drive analytics and performance measurement.
We are looking for someone that wants to dive in and solve problems; someone that may not have all the answers immediately available, but who will not stop until they can figure it out. You will help to take complex business problems, questions, or hypotheses and leverage data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations. This person will be an integral part of a high-profile team with ongoing exposure to functional and finance partners worldwide.
In this role, you’ll:
Analyze business results, KPIs and trends, and synthesize results to provide critical business insights to leadership
Support the monthly close process through ownership of core models and templates; partner with the accounting team to ensure entries are booked timely and accurately
Assist in monthly P&L reporting and dive into key variances against forecast and budget
Serve as the finance business partner for corporate functions
Drive production of monthly and quarterly performance materials for business partners and Finance leadership
Help maintain consolidated company-wide SG&A reporting
Assist with the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
Contribute to other finance projects as part of the broader FP&A team
About You
3+ years of FP&A experience in a Corporate environment and/or relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or related fields
Experience analyzing data and generating key insights and decision-making recommendations
Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling capabilities
Must possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly self-motivated and willing to tackle multiple responsibilities at once
Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Quick and scrappy learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done, combines creativity, problem- solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle
Business savvy - ability to identify and tackle the right questions that align with the business and maximize impact
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Workday Financials, and/or Essbase a plus!

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $69,300 - $92,400 USD
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
