About the role:
The Senior Analyst, Demand Planning works cross-practically with support of the interest the executive’s interaction for saleable and special items to drive the Supply Chain exercises and give a steady and exact interest plan that can likewise shape gross deals monetary targets. The Senior Analyst will likewise assume a part in the business arranging process by organizing across the organization and the corporate groups to guarantee close arrangement between request plans, supply plans, and monetary targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain SKU level market, channel, key account forecasts as part of a monthly cycle and ensure demand reasonability across portfolio
- Forecast sell through and shipments using a combination of statistical models and monitoring results and alignment to limit fill rate or excess inventory risks
- Lead in the creation of new product forecasts and contribution to the product categories
- Provide detailed, timely forecast reporting across all categories for input to all forecast and business process
- Utilize data sources such as consumption, stock in trade, shipments, and commercial/customer etc.
- To generate insights to drive forecast accuracy
- Provide analytical support to the Team Director and cross functional teams as required
- Work Cross functionally and establish relationships and manage communication across the organization
- The Demand Planning Lead needs to work effectively with the SCM, corporate teams, and the area teams in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Analytics
- Work effectively with the following central teams; Finance, SCM, and Sales teams
- Maintain the forecast inputs across multiple SKU’s split across
- Various channels including significant Key Account sources of info and visibility
- Keep a definite information on all parts of the interest estimate including, however not restricted to: measurable standard, advancement elevates including cannibalization effects, deals and promoting insight and contender movement, new item presentations, decipher the key patterns affecting business sector, area and class execution
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience within Demand Planning, Sales Planning or Supply Chain required with Beauty, Cosmetics or Consumer Goods industry experience preferred
- Deep understanding of forecasting, analytics, financial/strategic modeling, P&L, retail math, etc.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Self-starter and a problem solver who can work with minimum supervision
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills – customer service skills preferred
- Strong excel & analytical skills required
- Knowledge and experience with using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word)
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Bilingual English/ Korean preferred

Salary Range: $80 - $100k
