The Opportunity

Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join our 6 person Credit Control team.

Reporting into the Head of Collections, your role is to assist with the day to day running of the Credit Control Department.

What You Will Do

• Chasing of overdue accounts and invoices by telephone, and email
• Ensuring all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled
• Dealing with customer invoice queries and liaising with staff members to settle queries in a timely manner
• Maintaining and updating account information
• Account Reconciliations
• KPI`s - Ensure Monthly Cash Collection targets are met
• Provide client data both internally and externally upon request
• Discuss and report any problematic accounts to the Head of Collections in a timely manner
• Maintain effective communication between customers and colleagues at all times to ensure an efficient and smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Support any relevant audit requests, as and when required

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have 2 – 5 years Credit Control experience, and be used to dealing with a high volume of accounts.

Key skills required:

• The ability to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent customer service skills (both over the phone and face to face)
• The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
• The ability to work with initiative to actively obtain the information required
• Excellent Excel skills, including use of Pivot tables, V Lookups etc.
• Excellent all-round administration skills
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to appropriately interact our very varied customer base.

Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

In California, Colorado, New York City and Washington, the anticipated pay range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
