We are seeking Air Ticketing Associates with prior experience of at least 5 years as independent ticketing agents on the Global Distribution System.

This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Need to be particularly proficient in telephonic and digital communication.

### Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Compliance with all laws and regulations is a must.

### Qualifications:

-A minimum of five years working as independent Air Ticketing agent

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
