Senior Advertising Operations Manager

The Ad Sales team is seeking a motivated and curious Senior Ad Ops Manger that can join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our advertising revenue through implementing new processes to better monitor and troubleshoot performance.

What your day looks like:

• Ensure proper receipt of ad inventory shares including SCTE markers and ad requests on all ad supported channels. Implement appropriate processes for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Lead VOD DAI performance monitoring including receipt of appropriate metadata and inventory share.
• Oversee tag generation, implementation, and associated quality assurance.
• Perform comprehensive inventory performance analysis across channels, network groups and device types and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Conduct regular monitoring and reporting on campaign status to key stakeholders.
• Manage Ad Operations dashboard with key metrics. Establish escalation paths and recommendations to the team and company leadership.
• Partner closely with sales, product and finance teams to align strategies and optimize overall ad sales performance.

What we're looking for in you:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ad Operations and/or Programming Operations in streaming TV or digital media
• 1+ years in a lead role
• Keen attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of CTV and digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic sales and experience working with an ad server and/or SSAI
• Experience working with Live TV, Time Shift, and VOD
• Experience in program management and project management, as well as past exposure to content operations from video acquisition to processing/encoding to distribution are a plus

Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted from $80,000 - $115,000.

Additional Compensation: Potential yearly bonus & equity grant (final pay determination will be based on experience)
