Senior Accountant

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with all accounting matters relevant to the organization
• Assist with A/P transactions
• Assist with weekly payroll processing
• Maintains daily reports for internal controls compliance
• Work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Support A/R functions as needed
• Completes special projects and other duties as requested to support company
• Assist with G/L Transactions and Financial Report Preparation
• Other duties as assigned

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance required
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance or relevant work experience preferred
• Competency in SOC compliant environments
• Solid understanding of G/L, A/P, A/R, and business processes
• Experience in preparation of internal and external financial statements
• High level competence of Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Flexible/adaptable personality
• Ability to multitask
• Great attention to detail
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in health care is a plus
• Quickbooks and bill.com experience preferred but not required
• CPA licensure is a bonus but not required
