Senior Accountant

```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. This is a key role that requires strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to analyze financial data to provide valuable insights. ```Responsibilities``` - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data - Perform detailed analysis of financial data and provide recommendations for improvement - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements - Manage the month-end and year-end close processes - Support the preparation of audit schedules and assist with external audits - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or similar platforms - Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and analysis - Excellent understanding of debits, credits, and financial concepts - Ability to perform technical accounting research and apply findings to complex transactions - Prior experience in public accounting is preferred - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for finance and a desire to make a significant impact on our organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Pay: $64,742.00 - $78,965.00 per year
